PRIMO27® Hot Garlic is a variation of the original blend that has been concentrated on the wonderful flavor of garlic with a spicy hot finish. Not to be confused with garlic powder this blend has a wonderful complexity that will add a familiar flavor with an unexpected profile. Chile peppers stand front and center with the garlic while coriander, allspice, cumin and clove give hints of the exotic. When preparing meals with Hot Garlic there are distinctive differences when using the blend as a base vs. finishing a dish with a few sprinkles. For more heat sprinkle a liberal amount on any dish or snack before serving.

Applications: Apply liberally to chicken, pork, beef, seafood and vegetables for bold exotic flavor.

Cooking Methods: Grilling, Baking, Pan-frying, Stir-frying and Roasting. Add a dash to snacks and side items such as flat bread, potatoes, soup, dips and salads.

TIP: Seasoned Salt
Combine 1 part PRIMO27® with 2 parts Sea Salt. Allow 24 hours for the oils from the spices to absorb into the salt. Great way to create an additional quick seasoning tool and its much healthier then grocery store seasoned salts that are full of artificial flavors, fillers, and MSG. ENJOY!
