PRIMO27 Hot Garlic

PRIMO27™ Hot Garlic is a variation of the original blend that has been concentrated on the wonderful flavor of garlic with a spicy hot finish. Not to be confused with garlic powder this blend has a wonderful complexity that will add a familiar flavor with an unexpected profile. Chile peppers stand front and center with garlic while coriander, allspice, cumin and cloves give hints of the exotic. When preparing meals with Hot Garlic there are distinctive differences when using the blend as a base for flavor vs. finishing your food for added flavor. For the more heat sprinkle a liberal amount on any dish or snack before serving.

Applications

Apply liberally to chicken, pork, beef, seafood and vegetables for bold exotic flavor.

Cooking Methods

Gilling, Baking, Pan-frying, Stir-frying and Roasting. Add a dash to snacks and side items such as flat bread, potatoes, soup, dips and salads.
