PRIMO27® Chile Garlic Mélange is concentrated on the wonderful flavor of garlic with a spicy hot finish. Not to be confused with garlic powder this blend has a wonderful complexity that will add a familiar flavor with an unexpected profile. Chile peppers stand front and center with the garlic while coriander, allspice, cumin and clove give hints of the exotic. When preparing meals with this blend there are distinctive but delicious differences when using it as a base vs. finishing a dish with a few sprinkles. For more heat sprinkle a liberal amount on any dish or snack before serving.

Applications: Apply liberally to chicken, pork, beef, seafood and vegetables for bold exotic flavor.
