PRIMO27™ Original is carefully crafted and designed to be global in flavor featuring spices used in American, Latin American, Caribbean, Asian, European, African, and Mediterranean cuisine. It has a deep burnt orange hue with a sweet fragrance that transforms once heated, it's fairly mild with complex crossings of sweet, pungent, heat, and savory. It's not intended to be Spicy in heat, but Spicy in flavor, so be as liberal as you like in rubbing meats destined for open flame, oven or stove top preparations.
